MULTIPLE DOMAIN CLAIM

Part of my job at Adobe was to fix “death by paper cut.” In the case of Multiple Domain Claim for Creative Cloud Enterprise, after the initial release I started tracking customer feedback and discerned there were numerous issues with the experience - both technical and from an interface perspective. I set out to smooth the process over with the aim of reducing the load on our onboarding team and to reduce customer care volume.

UX Evaluation

 

After reviewing customer input across Adobe Forums, support calls and feedback forms, I did a ground up evaluation of the domain claim process. Working with Product & Engineering, I made recommendations on the functionality and UI changes that would improve the CX.

Visual Design

 

Leveraging the Adobe Design System, Spectrum, I re-engineered the Domain Claim Experience to be more intuitive and full-featured.
